Payment Questions

How can I pay?

JAM offers two methods of payment: Venmo and Paypal. After we confirm your order, we will provide you with links to pay either through text or email.

When do I pay?

You will first get an email or text confirming your order, and then you will be provided with links or a request to pay through Venmo or PayPal.

Do I get my link first or pay first?

Customers will pay prior to receiving their product. After the payment is processed and confirmed, the PDF link will be emailed or texted to you.

Are Venmo and PayPal the only places to pay?

JAM is currently working on establishing more accounts through Zelle and CashApp.

Ordering Questions

How many changes can I make in the customization option?

Customers have 6 main features they can customize: color theme, font, text, images, icons, and adding your name. All customizations will be a flat fee; you can change any amount of features and it will all be the same price (Ex. changing one feature, or changing all six features, will be the same price)

What is the difference between customization and create-your-own?

Customization: a pre-designed product is selected and up to 6 features can be changed and customized to your liking.
Create-your-own: a basic product category is chosen (Ex. bookmark, wallpaper, etc.). Customers can then choose the color theme, product theme, images, fonts, and icons that they would like to be included in their desired product.
In contrast to customization, create-your-own creates a product completely from scratch as opposed to changing a pre-designed product.

How long will it take to get my product?

For pre-design products, it will take around 1-2 business days. For customizations and create-your-own designs, it will take around 2-4 business days.

Product Questions

How does the whole process work, from going onto the website to receiving the product?

After browsing and finding an item you would like to order, make sure to remember the product name and number of the item. This information will be necessary for filling out the google forms later.  Once you have done so, press the order now button, which will redirect you to the google forms.

The  next step is submitting the Google Form, which we will receive and process. For all types of orders, you will receive an email/text that confirms your order and includes links to pay. For customization and M.Y.O products, the confirmation email will also include a picture of your design (with a watermark).

After your payment has been processed, we will send you another email with your product’s link or PNG.

When/How do I get my product?

After the payment has been processed, the product’s PDF link or PNG will be emailed to you.

How many products can I order at once through the Google Form?

Each Google Form submitted is for one product. You can submit multiple Google Forms for multiple products that you want to order.

Does JAM charge sales tax on products?

No, JAM does not charge a sales tax. The price you see is the price you pay.

Why is my product not here after 4 business days?

Please understand that JAM is a small business started by high school students. Because of many other obligations, a few emails or orders may be delayed. We assure you that we are fulfilling orders within the time constraints as best as we can. Thank you for your understanding.

What if I am not satisfied with my Customization or Make-Your-Own product?

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds.
We allow a one time chance to change a part of the product’s design when we first send the confirmation email if you are not satisfied.

Technical Questions

What is JAM?

JAM is a printables business that offers a variety of product types. JAM was created by a group of high school students that love art and design and wanted to share their works with the world. Still run by that same group of students, JAM aims to provide the best quality of printables at an affordable price. 
JAM  operates by receiving orders through Google Forms, contacting customers through email or text, paying through Venmo or PayPal, and providing products through PDF links and PNGs.

How can I contact JAM if I have questions or encounter any issues?

You can contact JAM  by clicking the "Contact Us" button at the top of every page or by emailing us at jam.printables@gmail.com. Any concerns or questions can be sent there, and we will reply within one week at the latest.

Can I share the product’s PDF link or PNG with other people?

To continue supporting JAM  and the students that run it, please refrain from sharing PDF links. Rather, encourage those people to visit the JAM  website and order a product

Can I use my home printer?

All products can be printed in standard home printers with colored toner. Feel free to print at your local print shop for a higher quality.

What kind of paper should I use to print?

All products are designed to be able to be printed on standard A4, 8.5x11in paper. Feel free to use other qualities of paper to print JAM products.
