Our Ordering Process

JAM's ordering process works through Google Forms. In the form, you will be asked to select your product. So if you want to order or customize a design, please remember the name and item number of that product. The form will also ask you for your username or email for either Venmo or PayPal. Once you submit the form, you will receive an order confirmation and a payment request or link within 2-4 business days. Once the payment is confirmed, we will email you the final PDF or PNG.
